Return Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies with their order.
Any claims related to defective goods and/or incomplete services, as well as returns, must be promptly submitted by the customer directly to Gilbox via email at info@sonegocalzature.ch. Otherwise, after 15 days from receipt of the shipment or collection at the stores, the goods will be considered accepted by the customer without any reservations.
Return Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, the customer may exercise their right of return.
Purchased goods can be returned or exchanged upon presentation of proof of purchase. Only unused, clean, undamaged items that are intact and still have their original tags and packaging may be returned or exchanged. Items that are not intact, dirty, or damaged due to the customer will generally not be accepted.
Returns of discounted items or items purchased with a discount voucher are accepted, and the refund will be issued based on the purchase price.
The return of digital vouchers is not permitted.
The legal conditions in accordance with Art. 201 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) apply. Returns are possible within 15 days from the receipt of the shipment or collection at the stores. If the customer cannot provide proof of receipt, the 15-day period starts from the date the order was sent.

Goods can be returned by mail using the return form included in the package or free of charge at Sonego Calzature stores.
Returns by mail using the return form included in the shipment are processed as follows:
1. Select the reason for the return
2. Place the items in their original packaging inside a shipping box or bag to keep them intact. Attach the return label from the return form to the outside of the package
3. Deliver the package to any postal office. If the return form has been lost, the customer can contact customer service at info@sonegocalzature.ch to request a new one or arrange a return shipment at their own expense to the following address:

For free returns at a Sonego Calzature store, the goods must be presented to the respective customer service desk along with the delivery note or order confirmation. Please note that refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase and cannot be issued in cash at the store.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.
Once the goods are received, Gilbox Sagl will inspect the returned items and determine, based on their condition, whether to issue a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund. The refund will be processed within 10 days of receipt.
The refund applies exclusively to the value of the returned goods. Any shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed.

Returns or exchanges are free; therefore, Gilbox Sagl will fully cover the shipping costs.
