Shipping policy

  1. Methods and Times

1.1 The Seller commits to shipping available items within a maximum of 3 working days from order acceptance. Delivery is carried out via Express Courier, with an estimated timeframe of 48 to 72 hours. The package can be tracked on the courier's website. Two delivery attempts will be made; in case of absence on both occasions, a new delivery can be requested to the same address or to a different location. After two failed attempts, storage fees at the courier's warehouse and additional delivery costs will be charged.

1.2 In the case of multiple shipments, the fixed shipping contribution and cash-on-delivery fee are charged only once with the first shipment, even if the temporary unavailability of certain items requires multiple packages to be sent.

1.3 Gilbox Sagl does not deliver to:
- minors without written authorization from a parent or legal guardian;
- individuals under guardianship without written authorization from their guardian.

1.4 The order of SHOPPING VOUCHERS, GIFT CARDS, or other electronic services will be processed simultaneously upon acceptance, that is, once the payment process is completed.

 

  2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Shipping is free with no minimum order amount.
